Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once the item reaches our warehouse.
