What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or 'Final Sale' furniture pieces are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my large freight shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. For large items, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
